Intern
Job Responsibilities:
Shadow
the Business Development Manager
● Gain hands-on experience with day-to-day responsibilities.
Social Media Marketing
● Assist
with marketing efforts across all social media platforms, including planning,
creating, and managing content
● Assist in organizing social media posts, including behind-the-scenes (BTS) content for strategic online sharing.
Client Pitch Meetings
● Participate in client meetings to observe and learn how to pitch Virtual Production effectively.
Client
Outreach
● Help identify and connect with potential new clients to expand business opportunities.
Email Marketing
● Support email drip marketing campaigns to nurture client relationships and drive engagement.
Working Hours:
16-20 hours per week, typically between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Mentorship: Each
intern will work closely with a dedicated member of the Trilogy staff for
personalized guidance and support.
School Credit:
Eligible interns can earn school credit for their participation in the program.

Qualifications / Skills:
● Interest
in virtual production, film, or related production fields.
● Excellent
communication and organizational skills.
● Ability
to work collaboratively and take direction from team members.
● Eagerness
to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
● Basic
knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing

○ Assist
in scheduling and organizing shoot dates.
○ Help book
crew and equipment as needed. ○ Help with securing necessary permits.
● On-Set Responsibilities
○ Shadow
the Executive Producer to understand shoot workflows.
○ Support
the production team in managing on-set logistics.
○ Learn
to address last-minute challenges and make quick decisions.
● Client Relations
○ Listen
into client discussions during the planning and execution phases.
○ Handle
feedback and adapt plans as needed under the guidance of the Executive
Producer.
● Professional Development
○ Attend
team meetings to understand broader production strategies.
○ Observe
and contribute to high-paced decision-making in real-time.
Working Hours:

● Assist the
VP Supervisor on all projects related to Virtual Production.
● Support
with engineering tasks, including fixing and maintaining the video walls and
systems.
● Help
update and optimize Virtual Production systems for performance and reliability.
● Learn to
operate and manage the video wall during production.
● Attend
client meetings to discuss content creation and identify what content works
best for the video wall.
● Help
create VP content for in-house use and possible client needs.
Working
Hours:
16-20 hours per week, typically between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
