BAM! Festival screens the very best student animation that the world has to offer.
BAM! is an annual event, held since 2019. They have enjoyed strong participation from the Top Texas High School Animation programs every year, as well as enjoyed a close association with Sam Houston University. They usually receive about 1500 entries from over 90 countries. In 2019 they were named the "Best New Film Festival in Texas". BAM! has separate competition categories for Texas students. They also provide free student workshops during the festival. They want to expand entries and participation among other Texas Universities.
BAM! Festival 2024 will take place April, 13, 2024 at the Clarion Theater on the Brazosport College Campus in Clute, Texas.
They provide Cash awards up to $1000 for winning submissions!
