ARTFest Competition!

 

The Memorial Student Center Visual Arts Committee is inviting students to showcase their artistic talents by competing in their annual ART Contest and Exhibition!

Students who participate and get accepted will have their work showcased in the James R. Reynolds Gallery.

Artfest 2024 is open to all students and selected works will be on display in the Reynolds Gallery from February 28 - April 20, 2024. Gallery admission will be free.

The top three winners will receive cash prizes! 

• $100 for best film
• $100 for best overall
• $75 for 2nd place
• $50 for 3rd place

Artwork submissions will be collected in the Reynolds Gallery during the week of February 19, 2024.

• Submission fees are $5 per entry (maximum of 3 entries for $15)
• Tickets must be purchased from the Box Office in Rudder
• Look for ticket availability in early 2024

All submissions must be ready to hang (with hooks, picture wire, brackets, or other hardware on the back).

3-Dimensional submissions must be freestanding, or you must provide some form of support.
